Join Elizabeth Stoeber, Miss River City’s Outstanding Teen 2020 and her organization Hope 4 Kids for a virtual evaluation and competitive fundraiser, complete with a spectacular judging staff. All proceeds will go to the Children’s Miracle Network and Feeding America affiliates.
Simply film your routine and upload your video. If you want, we will also accept footage from an actual competition. Routines should be no longer than 2 minutes. We will have 4 divisions based on your age as of September 1st, 2020.
YOUTH Age 0-9
PRETEEN Age 10-12
TEEN Age 13-17
SENIOR Age 18+
Deadline for enter is Friday, September 11th, 2020 and each entry is $25.
All videos will be judged by our judging panel with scores and comments given to every entry. The top 3 entries in each division will be posted Monday, October 12th for the week for a people’s choice voting option. All scores and comments will be emailed following the player’s choice.

JUDGING PANEL
Caroline Carothers Miss Texas 2016
Caroline is currently a student at The University of Texas at Austin pursuing a Master’s in Higher Education Leadership and Policy. She is also the Feature Twirler for the Longhorn Band, where she represents the band, the university, and the sport of baton twirling at a variety of athletic and school events. In May 2019, she graduated from Baylor University with a Bachelor of Business Administration in Management. While at Baylor, she was a Golden Girl Feature Twirler, a Chi Omega, and a Baylor Ambassador. In 2016, she earned the title of Miss Texas including the overall talent and interview award, and went on to become a top seven finalist at Miss America. During her year of service, she made nearly 400 appearances and spoke before 100,000 people about the Texas Cares for Children Program, the Children’s Miracle Network, and her personal platform, “With + Math = I Can.” She continues to volunteer with the Miss Texas Organization as a production manager, talent coordinator, and motivational speaker. Caroline is also an ambassador for Twirling to Fight Cancer and has contributed over $9,000 through making pink ribbon hairpieces. She is the founder of Twirl U, a collection of resources, coaching, and guidance to support baton twirlers through the collegiate audition process and loves to give back to the sport of baton twirling!
Jameson Kenerly 2012 Miss Georgia’s Outstanding Teen (3rd runner-up)
Jameson Kenerly is a third-year medical student at the Medical College of Georgia. She has been a competitive twirler in both NBTA and USTA for most of her life. She was one of UGA’s Feature Twirlers for four years and was proud to be the 2015 NBTA National Collegiate Twirling Champion. She was 2014 National Downfield Champion and winner of the “Wow” Award. She also won numerous World-Open solo, strut, and two-baton titles and brought home medals from International Cup competitions in Sydney, Australia, the Netherlands, and British Columbia. She was 2012 Miss Georgia’s Outstanding Teen and was third runner up to Miss America’s Outstanding Teen and was named a Talent Winner. She loves the sport of twirling and the friends she has made throughout the country and world.
Allison Kreiger Walsh, JD, enjoyed an 18-year competitive twirling career and was a 10-time Miss Majorette of Florida/or Miss Majorette of the Southeast. She was top five multiple times at the Miss Majorette of America competition and made the Top 6 in the Grand National Twirling Championships. Additionally, she won countless state, local, national and open-world titles as a soloist before joining the University of Florida Gatorettes. There, she served as co-captain for two years, and they captured several National Collegiate Twirling titles while on the team.
Allison also had the honor of winning Miss Florida 2006 and competed at the Miss America competition. Since then, she has mentored and coached over 200 young women on their own journeys to the crown and loves nothing more than seeing them succeed.
Steffany Lien 2015 Miss Nebraska Outstanding Teen (Top 10)
Steffany Lien is a six-time World Champion baton twirler, including titles as World Strut Champion, World Solo Champion, World 2-baton Champion, and World Rhythmic Champion. As a member of the U.S.Twirling Team, she has competed in Belgium, Switzerland, Italy, and Norway. She has been twirling for 18 years and currently serves as the Feature Twirler at the University of Louisville. Steffany has been to Peru twice as an ambassador for the Peruvian Lion’s Club, where she combined twirling performances and charitable work. She coaches and mentors young athletes across the country.
Steffany won the title of Miss Nebraska’s Outstanding Teen in 2015, earning top 10 in Miss America’s Outstanding Teen in 2015. In addition she won the title of Junior Miss Majorette of America in 2012 and Pre-Teen Miss Majorette of America in 2011. Steffany’s volunteer work is extensive and includes work with Cause for Paws, Center for People in Need, Juvenile Diabetes Foundation, and Homestead Rehabilitation Center, to name a few.
Kelli Krull Russell 1979 Miss New York (Talent Award)
Kelli Krull Russell is a former Miss College Majorette of America. She was Miss New York State in 1979 and was the first baton twirler to win the Talent Award in the Miss America Pageant. She judged the very 1st NBTA World Championships in Amsterdam, Holland as well as the 2nd World Championships in Montichiari, Italy.
Kelli has been coaching over 40 years and her students have won numerous World medals and National titles. Her team, Crescendo, represented the USA at two Grand Prix competitions (in Vancouver, Canada and Limoges, France) and made the Finals both times. Her students have been Feature Twirlers at over 21 different Universities. Besides coaching baton, Kelli is a Legal Assistant at a Real Estate Law Office.
